We felt that it was our Corporate Social Responsibility to mentor and guide young passionate people into the fine wines and spirits world. Through our guidance and mentoring, we are seek to secure good career paths for these young chaps. Recommendations are possible because we have good industrial partners which include OCF Fine Dining, Resorts World Sentosa, Sky on 57 and other distinguished outlets.

*How would you use the FedEx Small Business Grant Contest money to make a significant impact on growing your business and take it to the next level of success by going global?

At the moment, we use FedEx to ship in rare and expensive wines and spirits from California, USA and other parts of the world. This is for our premium partners who seek these products to enhance the dining experiences of their guests. We will use this amount to increase the number of wines and ship to Singapore. This is a beneficial way to support our partners and increase the number of our young sommeliers and bartenders. We hope to ensure the passion and careers of these fine young people.
