This white wine is obtained from the grape variety Sauvignon Blanc. The grapes come from a parcel (10 hectares) with lime-loamy soil. The wine is grown on the yeast, 30% in barrique, the rest in steel tanks. With its light mineral content and a light salty note and aromas of grapefruit, apricot and tangerine, the wine fits perfectly to crustaceans and fish
