 STANDARD TERMS & CONDITIONS OF SALE

 

  1. Payments are based on Credit Terms of 30 Days from date of invoice, unless otherwise stated.

  2. Payment can be made by:
    1. Direct Bank Transfer:
      Transfer to OCBC Corporate Account: 5911 3248 5001
    2. Transfer to POSB SAVS Account: 121-30552-6
    3. Pay online (www.fluid.club) through Paypal.  
  1. Orders may be sent via e-mail through the addresses below:

  2. Delivery for orders will be made the next working day. Free delivery with a minimum purchase of $500.00 and above. Delivery charge of $50 will apply for orders below $500.
  1. Customers are advised to examine all goods upon collection or delivery. Any shortages or breakage should be brought to the attention of the delivery personnel immediately. Otherwise, the customer is deemed to have accepted the goods as accurate in all respects.
  1. Deliveries will normally be dispatched within 48 hours. Order cut off time is 12.00pm daily for the following day delivery – Monday to Friday only.
    In the event, stocks are sold out, the delivery date for the wines will be in one and a half months or earlier when the wines reach Singapore.
    You will be notified and We Appreciate Your Patience on this matter.  
  1. Wine vintages are accurate at the time of print and subject to changes from the winery. The vintages may be subjected to change without prior notice. Information on current vintage may be obtained from our Ordering Department.
